1. Agreement to Terms

By hiring or using the services of Dedicated Home improvements (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all services provided, including but not limited to pressure cleaning, driveway and paver installation, remodeling, painting, and junk removal.

2. Scope of Services

Dedicated Home Improvements agrees to perform services as outlined in the estimate, invoice, or written agreement provided to the Client. Any additional work requested outside the original scope may result in additional charges and require written approval.

3. Estimates & Pricing
All estimates are based on the information available at the time of inspection.
Prices may be adjusted if unforeseen conditions arise (e.g., structural issues, hidden damage, accessibility limitations).
Estimates are valid for a limited time and subject to change after expiration.

4. Scheduling & Access
Clients must provide clear and safe access to the work area at the scheduled service time.
Delays caused by lack of access may result in rescheduling fees.
We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Payments
Payment terms will be outlined in your estimate or invoice.
Deposits may be required for certain services.
Full payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

6. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the nature of the service.
Refunds are not guaranteed once work has been completed, but we will work with you to resolve any concerns.

7. Client Responsibilities
Ensure all personal belongings are removed from service areas prior to work.
Provide access to water, electricity, or other necessary utilities when required.
Notify us of any known hazards, damages, or special conditions before work begins.

8. Property Conditions & Risks
While we take every precaution, certain services (such as pressure cleaning or remodeling) may expose pre-existing damage.
The Company is not responsible for damages resulting from:
Pre-existing conditions
Improper installation by previous contractors
Weak or deteriorated surfaces
Pressure cleaning may cause loose paint, cracks, or surface wear to become more visible.

9. Warranties & Guarantees
Any warranties provided will be specified in writing.
Warranty coverage does not include damage caused by misuse, neglect, weather, or normal wear and tear.
No guarantees are made regarding the longevity of results where conditions are beyond our control.

10. Junk Removal Disclaimer
We reserve the right to refuse removal of hazardous, illegal, or restricted materials.
The Client is responsible for disclosing the nature of items to be removed.
Additional fees may apply for heavy, oversized, or hazardous materials.

11. Remodeling & Installation Terms
Timelines are estimates and may vary due to material availability, weather, or unforeseen issues.
Changes to the project scope may affect both cost and completion time.
Permits, if required, may be the responsibility of the Client unless otherwise stated.

12. Painting Services Disclaimer
Color variations may occur due to lighting, surface conditions, and paint batches.
The Company is not responsible for manufacturer defects in paint products.
Proper curing times must be respected for best results.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dedicated Home Improvements shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the services rendered.

14. Indemnification

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Dedicated Home Improvements from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the Client’s failure to comply with these terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
